About me and my passion
My journey of soap making started 4 years ago when I lost my job to foreign trade.
I was encouraged by my husband to learn the soap making craft using “All Natural Ingredients” he encouraged me to make it for us, and our family since I was unemployed, and at a loss as to what to do with my working hands, and I had time on my hands to learn.
Ken, and I made a couple of batches together as I was unsure and not comfortable with using Lye as it is hazardous, and safety precautions must be in place while making soap. Ken was a great coach, and teacher he taught me a lot, and his encouragement was very much appreciated as now I have confidence to move on with my new passion.
After a couple batches I was hooked, and on my own. I research as much as I can to learn everything there is to know about making quality soap for different skin types. I have become addicted to soap making.
In my research of different oils, and the benefits it has on skin. How to properly care for skin, keeping it healthy, youthful, and glowing with so many oils, and butters available to us, I was up to the challenge.
Using my sons, husband, friends, and my mom as “people testers” they were more than happy to oblige me. The feedback to my surprise was uplifting, and positive.
My best friend I have known my whole life who has worked in beauty sales has ditched her expensive skin care products that she used, and replaced with my soap. That was huge for me!
I can go on with the compliments from others, but wanted to make the point of why I am here starting my blog.
I will continue to make the best moisturizing soap with your needs in mind.
Thank You my friends, and family members for your encouragement and support!
